What data we process

Browsing data. As with any website, the systems that run this site collect some technical data (for example IP address, browser type, time of the request). This data is used only to ensure the site works properly and securely, and is kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary.

Fonts. To display the site's fonts we use the Google Fonts service of Google Ireland Ltd.: to download them, the browser connects to Google's servers, which receive the visitor's IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

Analytics and ads. Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure visits and the performance of our ads. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link. Details in the cookie policy.

Data you provide. If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you give us only to answer your request.

Booking data. Online bookings are made through the Kross Booking engine, which we use as a technology provider. The data entered (name, contact details, dates of stay, payment details) is processed to manage the booking and the stay. Identity document data collected at check-in is processed to comply with legal obligations, in particular the registration of guests with the police authorities required by art. 109 of the Italian T.U.L.P.S.

Purposes and legal basis

• Managing bookings and stays: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Complying with legal, tax and public security obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Ensuring the site works properly and securely: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Measuring visits and ad performance: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Who we share data with

Data may be processed by the providers who help us deliver the service (website hosting, booking platform, payment services), acting as data processors, and disclosed to the authorities where required by law. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described and for the periods required by tax and civil law.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@trevisostays.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
